In partnership with Bunker Hill Community College, ed2go offers a variety of self-paced and instructor-led online courses that support the development of fundamental skills for personal and professional purposes, as well as providing a wide range of career training programs that helps learners start a new career.

Affordable, fun, fast, convenient, and geared just for you, these non-credit courses are done online at your own pace or instructor led. Fundamental Skills through ed2go

Gain new personal and professional skills. Two ways to learn! In our instructor-led courses, you study and interact with a cohort over a six-week schedule. Courses start monthly with twice-weekly lesson plans. For the independent learner, our self-paced courses provide access to all lessons immediately with up to three months to complete.

ed2go Advanced Careers and Fundamentals Drop and Refund Policy

  • ILC Stand-alone Course and SPT: Enrollments can be dropped and refunded for up to thirteen (13) calendar days after the session access start date as shown in the OAC provided the following:
    • Student has not submitted a final exam
    • Student status is not Complete
  • ILC Bundles:
·A drop of an entire bundle is allowed within thirteen (13) calendar days of the original course access start date for the first course in the bundle provided the student has not completed any of the courses in the bundle.

·The bundle must be treated as a single registration. Individual courses within the bundle cannot be dropped.

Advanced Careers Training Drop Policy

WITHIN THE 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD

Students enrolled in an Advanced Career Training Program have 10 calendar days from the date they sign their Student Enrollment Agreement to advise ed2go of any need to drop their program for a refund. During this time frame, students can submit their drop/refund request to their Student Advisor.

Please note:

  • The 10-day refund policy may not apply to all programs. Some programs are non-refundable once the Student has received a start date for the program.
  • Students may be responsible for material costs, if materials are not returned to ed2go, or received back in less than new condition.

All students who enroll in the Advanced Career Training Program must sign an SEA before they begin their career program. Please see the Student Enrollment Agreement here:

Prepare for a great career or take classes to transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Bunker Hill Community College offers dozens of career education programs in fields including health, professional studies, business, and more. Scholarship and financial aid are available.

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.

  • You may request a refund before the class starts; however, it is a refund minus 3% administrative processing fee. Once class has started, there is no refund.
  • If the college cancels the course due to low enrollment, students are automatically withdrawn and a full refund is issued.
  • After class starts: No refund. Seat transfer only.
  • Content partners such as ed2Go and Cannabis Career Certificate programs have a different refund policy. Please refer to their pages for the specific policy.

Third Party Sponsorship Billing FeeĀ 

Please note: A 10% administration fee is assessed to third-party providers that are paying for its clients to take courses offered through the Division of Workforce & Economic Development. This third-party transaction fee is a charge that involves administrative tasks associated with helping enroll your clients for our courses. This fee is non-refundable should your client drop the course or do not complete it.
