Bunker Hill Community College is committed to providing prompt and fair resolutions of all student or guest concerns.  We know that occasionally students will face a challenge or concern that requires assistance or intervention from one or more campus offices or individuals. Some examples of issues or concerns with which we may be able to assist are customer service and communication disconnects. We believe providing a mechanism for concerns to be heard gives us the opportunity to improve our services. 

We assist students with finding the right people and procedures to get their questions answered and their concerns resolved. 

Students are encouraged to pursue informal resolutions to matters of concern whenever possible. If a concern cannot be resolved through informal means, request assistance.

What happens next?

  1. Once you submit the assistance request, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your request has been received.
  2. The Dean of Students or designee will contact you to discuss the issue. While we cannot guarantee a specific outcome, we can assist you in better navigating our systems.
