Academic Records

The mission of the Academic Records Office is to create and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of the official academic record for all students while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and college regulations and policies. We are responsible for academic records, enrollment data, course administration, master course schedule development, and graduation. We assist in the enforcement and implementation of academic and administrative policies as well as provide assistance in the development of, and revisions to, such policies and procedures that will best service the college community. We strive for excellence in all we do, challenging ourselves to be as efficient and effective as possible and continually seeking new and improved ways of providing our services.

  • Graduating students & performing degree audits checks
  • Monitoring & assisting with room requests
  • National Student Clearinghouse Reporting
  • Processing student forms
  • Scheduling courses
  • Transcripts and diplomas 
  • Fulfilling Subpoena Requests
  • Grading processing
