Update Your Contact Info
Make sure we can reach you! Log in to your Self-Service account, click on your User Profile, and keep your address, phone number, and personal email up to date.
Eligible for a 1098-T tax form?
Provide your Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number by clicking the W9-S link on your
Self-Service Notifications page if we do not have one on file.
Check Tuition & Payment Deadlines
Please review the Student Payment Website for the current payment deadlines. Your registered courses may be dropped if unpaid. If you are no longer attending, you must drop the courses by the published add/drop deadline on the Academic Calendar to remove the charges. Review the Student Financial Responsibility Agreement online.
Set Up Your Refund Account
Get your refunds fast and secure! Add your banking information by clicking on BankMobile Vibe Refunds under your Self-Service account.
Submit Your Health Insurance Waiver
Have your own private insurance? You may submit the insurance waiver 1-2 business days from the time you register. All waivers must be processed by the published deadline.
Explore Payment Plans
Can’t pay tuition all at once? No problem! BHCC offers flexible payment plans:
- U.S. Currency: Choose ACI Payment Plan (Fall, Spring, Summer)
- International Students: Use PayMyTuition for payments in your home currency.
Find both options under Student Finance in your Self-Service account.
