Program Overview
Bunker Hill Community College’s Career Pathways program is designed to expand the Early Childhood Education workforce, and those interested in joining the field, to receive the classes and support needed to attain professional qualifications from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.
The Career Pathways grant provides opportunities to:
- Receive assistance enrolling in, and finding funding for, our Early Childhood Development Certificate or Associate Degree Program.
- Take courses to obtain educational requirements needed for state teacher, lead teacher, and director credentials.
- Connect with a Navigator who works specifically with Career Pathways students.
