BHCC Chat is an online chat tool that allows Bunker Hill Community College students to access an academic counselor in real-time. Students can receive immediate answers to questions related to their enrollment including application status and financial aid, as well as, general advising questions related to their academic program, policies, transferring, and career resources.
No need to make a trip to campus or wait in line in order to get answers to your questions. Access BHCC Chat by logging into your BHCC Admissions or BHCC Self-Service accounts.

If you are a current or new BHCC student and have questions about: Accuplacer writing, reading and math tests; Preparing for the test and study guide resources; TEAS testing for selective health programs; or GPA placement
Then you can chat with a member of the Assessment Center team by using BHCC Chat!
Chat Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 1-5 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Do you have questions about applying to BHCC or do you need help with your online admissions application? An Admissions staff member is available to help answer your questions.
Chat Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Do you have questions about Student Affairs, DISH, Disability Support Services, Athletics or Health Services. Or do you need help from Counseling, Prevention and Wellness? An Academic Affairs staff member is available to help answer your questions.

Do you have questions related to your Financial Aid, refunds, payment/payment plant, registration/guest student registration, health insurance, transcripts, college transfer reports, or scholarships?
A Student Central staff member is available to help answer your questions through online chat.
