These students would be well-equipped to apply for BFA programs in Creative Writing or BA programs in English. (Students must complete a bachelor’s degree and teaching certificate to pursue a teaching career.) A bachelor’s degree in English is a minimum requirement for entry level work in careers such as publishing, content development, and other creative fields. In order to advance in some fields, graduate work may be required. Students interested in eventually pursuing a MFA in Creative Writing would benefit from this Option.
