Facebook Partnership Course: Social Media Marketing
Learn the basics of Social Media Marketing with this seven-week hybrid course, offered through BHCC’s partnership with Facebook. Hybrid Courses (HB) combine traditional classroom components and online learning experiences and activities. They are designed for highly motivated students with good writing skills who require the flexibility of online study but also desire some in-person classroom instruction.

The demand for professionals with digital marketing skills is at an all-time high. Since 2014, the number of digital marketing jobs has grown an average of 17% per year. BHCC’s partnership with Facebook aims to meet the fast-growing digital marketing needs of employers as well as job-seekers.
What can I expect?
This Social Media Marketing course will introduce you to social media marketing, a key component to creating a relevant and successful marketing strategy.
Designed with input from digital marketing professionals, this course teaches relevant, up-to-date tools and practices used by professionals today, including strategies for finding digital marketing jobs, updating your resume and using LinkedIn.
You will learn best practices and techniques for each step of planning, creating and launching a social media marketing campaign, with a focus on using Facebook’s platform. You’ll even create a social media ad campaign plan for a real company, and go through all the steps to create and run the ad campaign—including a $50 Facebook ad credit to launch a real ad at the end of the course.
