Ride Smart, Stay Safe! Join Nicholas Corneilson, BHCC Student, for a Bike Safety Workshop. You will learn essential skills for campus and city cycling, including helmet fitting, traffic law basics, staying visible, and handling common road hazards, making your commute safer and more enjoyable.
The College sets aside certain hours for student activities, athletics and club meeting times. Generally, no classes are held at these times. Join us for Midday Meetups every Tuesday and Thursday from 1-2:15pm in D-Lounge, 2nd floor.

Get energized and centered in this breathing and mindfulness journey. Yusef Hayes will guide you through an active breathwork practice designed to help you uplift and energize. After that there will be another guided meditation to help you relax and de-stress.
No meditation experience is necessary.
